The hotel was amazing for 3 guests! Big enough room for us and comfortable beds. The bathroom was good enough to stay in for 10 days. The staff treated us with much care and respect. I recommend this hotel if you’re interested in staying around Ota. Tokyo, Shibuya and other cities are nearby as well!

A great location that is close and very easy to get to Haneda airport. The room was very clean and had everything we needed and even had a washing machine/tumble dryer inside the room with detergent provided which was super useful!

The room was clean and all I needed as a solo traveler. The AC worked well once I translated the controls. The hotel is located between 2 train stations, the closer one provided easy access to the airport. There are lots of dining options within a few minutes walk. There are also kobini's and grocery stores nearby.

Pros: The staff is so helpful and friendly, they were kind and treated us nicely. The rooms have a washer/dryer which really came in handy. The hotel is close to stores and food. And the lobby is nice. There was a cool coffee machine that came in handy and plenty of tea available. Cons: the room had a horrible smell, it was incredibly small like a cruise room. The bathroom had someone else’s hair all over it and didn’t look or feel very clean. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable I did not sleep good either night I stayed. The carpet felt grossed and the humidifier was so old and moldy. Also this isn’t the fault of the hotel but it was another guest so made remarks that made us uncomfortable which I’m sure was race based. We still had to taxi to the airport as there is no shuttle and the train station was too far walking . We wouldn’t stay here again but for the price I think I got what was expected.
