Beautiful property and a great view of the Skytree. The room was nice and roomy. Loved that it had a safe in the room and was close to restaurants, shopping and the subway and bus stations. Really liked that it offered a Disney shuttle.

I stay here whenever I come to Japan. It's a very convenient location, the staff and helpful and, if you choose to get it, the breakfast buffet is really good. The Sky Tree is just a short walk from the hotel, Kinshicho Station is just around the corner and it even offers a free shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort (although it fills quickly so book in advance.).

My partner and I enjoyed that this hotel is located in the quiet area of Sumida. Yet, so accessible to getting around Tokyo. The train and bus station is just a 5 minute walk away. There are a variety of food spots in the area. Only a few are open late. 7/11 and family mart are across the street. There are about 4 restaurants on the hotel property. A good variety if you’re not into exploring. Umbrellas are provided upon request. If you’re looking to relax but also explore, I would suggest this property. We stayed at the Tobu Levant for a week in late August 2026. The staff were unfailingly helpful and polite. The breakfast in Verdure on the second floor was first rate, all fresh and plenty of it - with no huge queues at the breakfast bar. The rooms were a good size. We had two x twin rooms with a SkyTree view and this was absolutely worth it. The view to the SkyTree is AMAZING - especially at night. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Kinshicho station, so getting around Tokyo is a doddle. The area is busy enough but not so busy as to be overwhelming for first time tourists to Tokyo. I can absolutely recommend the Tobu Levant for families, couples or singles.
