If u are paying 30$ a night its fair, the shower is small but functional. There isnt really space to eat food in there so I would recommend eating out and just sleeping there. There's a station 2 min walk away and a bunch of food options walking distance away.

8歳の孫と宿泊しました。 連休中でありましたが宿泊費が安くて良かったです。 築地駅、築地本願寺に近く便利でした。 トイレ・シャワーは共同でしたがシャンプーやボディソープやバスタオル・フェイスタオル・歯ブラシ・スリッパもありました（パジャマはなし） 音に関しては決して静かとは言えませんでしたが昼間は観光に行っているので寝るだけに戻る感じだったのでこの料金では良しだと思います。

旅行では無く、家族が感染症に罹り、急きょ私が避難する形でこの施設を利用しました。口コミが良くないのは承知でしたが、緊急時で、家に近いし、夜寝るだけと割り切りました。しかし、実情は想像超えてました。まずセキュリティが酷い。古いビルで誰でもいつでもエレベーターに乗り施設まで入れます。銀座界隈は結構ホームレス多いのですよ。個室の鍵もすぐ壊れる様な簡易な物。また、部屋の間仕切りも段ボール？で隣の会話も寝息も100％聞こえます。 リネン類や水廻りなどは清潔でしたが、セキュリティの酷さに怖くて、服のまま横になって朝を迎えました。良い点と言えば、銀座徒歩圏内で格安、という事でしょうか。 地元なので、何か起こる前に注意喚起したく投稿しました。

후기가 별로 없어서 망설이다 갔어요. 일단 시설 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 근데 커튼으로 치는 식이라 캡슐형보다 방음에 매우 취약해요. 그리고 카운터 직원이 계속 바뀌어서 들어갈때마다 의아해합니다. 수건.칫솔도 4일에 1개이고 샤워실은 물이 잘 안빠져요. 그치만 가격이 워낙싸니 용서될 상태에요. 무엇보다 숙소1층에 빵집이 있는데 긴자 슈크림 꼭 드셔보세요. 그게 완전 킥이에요.

Les murs sont en carton, le matelas est dur comme du béton , il y a des fenêtres entre les chambre ce qui laisse passer toute la lumière la nuit si l’autre personne ne dort pas. Toutes les ampoules sont connectés donc on nous a allumer le néon en pleine nuit dans notre chambre … bref pour 80€ c’est du vol.
