This hotel is very well located near the Hamamatsucho station, where the monorail from Haneda Airport arrives. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars and green spaces in the area and it is priced reasonably well. The breakfast is decent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated.

The front desk staff were super helpful & friendly. They greeted me each and every time I walked through the door or leaving to go outside. That’s amazing ! The house keeping did amazing with the cleaning of my room. I can’t say enough about this hotel because it’s perfect. I felt welcomed here 100%. Very accessible to a bevy of different train stations as well. You can get to places like shibuya and shinjuku in 30 minutes or less from this hotel which is great ! Very quiet area as well.

The front staff is absolutely amazing. We had an issue with one of our reservations and they went out of their way to resolve the problem for us. We had a great stay here! If you are looking for something practical and affordable, this is a great option. The breakfast was delicious and had western options available as well - though we tried the Japanese style breakfast and loved it! Amenities in the hotel room and lobby are very nice too. Bathroom on the smaller side even for “unit bath” I wish there was more counter space. Amenities were great, skincare, room wear, no issues. I do wish they had the universal charger in the room like some other properties. Overall no complaints. I was fortunate enough to get a room with a view of the tip of the tower and that really elevated my mood. Thank you!
