Highly recommend this property! Great facility and very convenient to everything. If you’re in Japan to shop, Shibuya is where you want to stay! This property was perfect! We stayed for 6 night in the King room that was big and roomy then we moved room to the queen room as we wanted to stay for an extra 2nights this was small and so was the bathroom but other then that the hotel was great

The staff was very polite and very helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shibuya, since every major shopping and dining spot is a few minutes away. It was very convenient that I was able to keep an eye out for the washer and dryer availability through the TV in the room and also able to keep track of my laundry finish time as well

Location was good if you are looking to stay in Shibuya. Like most places in Japan, the rooms are small. It is also of self service (self check-in computers & self service grab and go for bath room toiletries. For the price/value of the stay I would say it was OK. This hotel is in an excellent location, near lots of restaurants and within walking distance to Shibuya Crossing. The hotel itself had a comfortable bed and nice shower set up with modern appliances. I would definitely stay here again.
