Charming room, great location (literally a block and a half from Harajuku) and above the AG.3 dessert sandwich place. Plenty of space in the room. Washing machine in room a huge plus. Quiet at night. Lovely neighborhood, lots of friendly locals in the area They let us check in early just after 1000, and had sent a staff member out just for this. So gracious to do this for us!

We had a wonderful stay at Q-Rooms Harajuku! The location truly could not be better; everything was so convenient, yet the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness and attention to detail were above and beyond. The hosts provided everything we could possibly need, including shower and bath amenities, a washing machine, detergent, clothes hangers for drying laundry, Japanese snacks and tea, coffee, and bottled water in the refrigerator. It felt like true Japanese itareri tsukuseri hospitality with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. My teenage kids absolutely loved the mint chocolate room decor and the bunk bed! The only minor issue was that we were not sure how to dispose of the garbage during our stay, so we kept it in the room until checkout. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. Thank you so much for such a comfortable and memorable stay. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Q- Rooms Hotel was an experience on its own. We had the green matcha room with bunk beds. Very easy and efficient check-in & check-out process. The property is clean, well-maintained and simply deliciously charming. My daughter and I loved our stay. They thought of everything a guest would need…great quality toiletries, comfy and soft slippers, notepad, scissors, first AOS kit, pen, complimentary snacks and beverages, suitcase wheels covers, etc. I mean…what else do you need? The room also has a mini kitchen and washer/dryer…very convenient for travelers who need to wash clothes during their travel. The hotel is within walking distance to Harajuku St and especially Takeshita St. There’s a good variety of restaurants within walking distance and konbinis as well. Communication with the hotel staff was great. I like email communication-very efficient! There is no elevator, so be prepared to go up 3 flu go ya of stairs…not an issue for us, as we knew ahead of time, and it added more fun to my kids’s Tokyo adventure. Would totally stay here again in the future and highly recommend!!!

Q-Rooms in Harijuku was a real find! I fly through Tokyo frequently on work and have stayed in a number of decent but average places, conveniently located. But none of them stood out in my memory to where I would highly recommend to my friends. The room design definitely has a strong theme, but it's not in any way overwhelming like I thought it might be. Quite beautiful, actually. The pink and strawberry theme was consistent and tied all of the different rooms, furniture, finishes, and elements together. There's even a pink toilet and pink hair dryer! My daughter says that she would love to live in a place just like this. Pink without being too pink. Thoughtfully and cleverly designed small apartment with a place for everything. Fun space. Nice arches. Comfy bed for two and comfy pull-out sofa bed (most 3rd beds in hotels are not comfy like this). Our host Ren made us feel comfortable right away. We had some travel issues getting to Tokyo due to typhoon and she gave us assurance that our back up plan would work and the storm would pass before we arrive in Tokyo. And it did. She welcomed us to the room upon arrival, gave a tour, and was a really delightful person. On our next trip we hope to stay again at Q-Rooms and have more time to explore Harijuku. So many interesting places and good shopping. 15 minute walk to Harijuku Station, but right in the middle of the neighborhood with lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby.

The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.
