Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to put drinks in. It's a ten minute walk to the third busiest train station in Tokyo, and easy for me to get to-and-from work. Only minor complaint is I wish the bright green exit indicator in the bathroom was less bright. Maybe there needs to be a curtain/door between the bathroom and the main room because it really puts too much light into the sleeping area at night. I can't wait to stay there again the next time I have to work in Tokyo!
