The stay was pleasant and room layout was just right. The executive deluxe room was big enough for our family of 5 with young children and some space for luggages. We love the buffet breakfast, it was the highlight of the stay. Hotel location was with proximity of Tokyo transport hubs, supermarket, convenience store, alot of eateries and shops.

Very enjoyable stay. 12 night stay. From the US and although I had come to visit my son and his wife and though they were with me during check-in, the staff were very English proficient. They were very accommodating, I asked about a smoking area because when I booked there were no smoking rooms available. The attendant told my daughter-in-law that a smoking room had become available and I could have it starting on the 2nd night. The fantastic part about this is while we were out the next day, all my things were moved to the new room, set up exactly how had them in the previous room. Even the change on the TV stand, a quarter and a penny were moved to the new room and placed in the exact position. Cleaning was great. Although some of the furniture was a bit dated, the bathroom was newly remodeled. Very roomy compared to other budget Hotels I have stayed at in the area. Location was great. From the door of the lobby there was a Lawson's about a 100 feet away. There was a footbridge to the Osaki station in front of the Hotel, so it was about a 2 minute walk to the platforms. Osaki Station in Tokyo is served by four major train lines: the JR Yamanote Line, the JR Shōnan–Shinjuku Line, the JR Saikyō Line, and the Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit (Rinkai) Line, so it is easy access to go about anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Shinagawa Station is one station away for Shinkansen access. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, in the Hotel complex and the station.

The room was clean. The bed was a little hard on my back. This seems like an older hotel. The location is great. It is right near the train station and a small mall with various eating places which made it convenient for lunches and dinners. We opted for the breakfasts which makes it easy to start the day. The staff didn’t speak English so have your phone and translation app handy.

The room is clean, and the next door super market is very good and walk to JR in 3 minutes and take only 15 minutes to Shinjuku is also great. Staff is friendly, professional and handle things nicely. Room is clean and cleaning is done super. They give us free bottle water everyday. The only that is a downside is the room has no temperature control, you can only control the fan speed and the temperature is set too high for us (I think it is around 24-25 C)

Clean room. Great service. Friendly staff. Convenient location with train station really close. Breakfast buffet was terrific with healthy and tasty food. Great coffee machine with lot of options. The only area to improve is Internet quality. Streaming video chokes all the time and resumes minute later to choke again. Excluding Internet everything else only brought positive emotions.

I’m leaving 2 stars for the courteous staff and the convenient location. When I booked this hotel through Expedia, I must’ve inadvertently selected a smoking room. At check-in, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available. The moment I stepped out of the elevator, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. My assigned room was so unpleasant that I immediately turned the air purifier on at maximum and left the front door open to ventilate it, since the window could not be opened even slightly. For context, I am a former smoker and have never reacted this strongly to tobacco odor before. After about five minutes, it became difficult to remain inside and breathe comfortably. I called the front desk to ask whether any alternative room was available. I explained that booking a smoking room had been my mistake and apologized for the inconvenience. I was told again that no non-smoking rooms were available, but they did show me another smoking room that had been “smoke treated.” Although the smell was somewhat reduced, it was still too strong for me to tolerate, and I began to feel physically nauseous. I returned to the reception desk and explained that I would need to check out because I could not imagine staying the night under those conditions. The staff apologized, but could not offer a suitable solution nor refund.
