We stayed 4 nights and the hotel was great! The location is walking distance to Tokyo station and very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a fairly priced hotel that is well maintained near Tokyo Station, I’d suggest staying here.

Excellent hard and friendly workers available 24 hours helping us answer questions. Good breakfast and able to use breakfast vouchers to other restaurants to eat when we had to leave earlier for 2 days. Excellent place. Love the way to store luggages under beds. This place was beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They held our luggage for us after check out while we waited for a flight, They have free coffee and some soft drinks/snacks for most of the afternoon and evening, They also have any essentials you may need free to take and easily available. Location to Tokyo Station can’t be beat. Wish we had more days here.

We had enough space (2 beds) for 2 adults and 1 child including 3 checked luggage and 2 carry on cases. Very clean, front desk staff very helpful. It was also very useful that it has self service washing machines and dryer. This hotel is also across the road from Tokyo Station, which is extremely convenient.

Room was great and big enough for 3 of us. No complaints about this hotel and the location is amazing and so central to everything and the subway. Breakfasr at first we thought was strange and lacking selection but actually the quality was quite good. It could use a few more items to be honest but the taste and quality exceeded our expectations! The little candy snack bar for evenings was also really great my son loved it.
