I had a wonderful stay here! The location was absolutely perfect. It’s super close to the station, which made getting around so convenient, and it was incredibly easy to find. It’s also within easy reach of the mall and the famous Shibuya Crossing, with so many great restaurants and places to eat nearby. My check in was completely seamless, and the front desk attendants were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. I also really appreciated how spacious the room was. After exploring Tokyo all day, it was so nice to come back to a comfortable room with plenty of space to relax. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well located stay in Shibuya!

Perfect location to explore Shibuya. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Shower was great. Recommended for its location if you intend to spend most of your time out and about like we did. Staff were great but like most places speak only Japanese. I would definitely stay again as a base in Shibuya.

Fabulous hotel worth an incredibly helpful staff that answered multiple questions from a 1st visitor to Japan. The rooms were much bigger than I anticipated with many amenities in the lobby to use. Very close to the heart of Shibuya but still very quiet hotel. We're on our 3rd hotel around Japan and JR-EAST Shibuya had been a wonderful hotel for our trip!

Really great stay and location in Shibuya. Everything was close by and easy to get around by train or walking. Hotel was clean, had a lot of complimentary and the staff help us to send our luggage to the next hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
