So so close to the train station, which is a huge benefit. Seemed like a safe area, and hotel locks doors 12-5am (can use key card to get in). Rooms clean. They are small, but that is expected. Had robes and slippers; had shampoo/conditioner. AC worked well. Would stay here again.

Professional staff, helped store our luggage and also helped bring it up to our room. Upon check in provided drinks, snacks, amenities and salt candy (to prevent dehydration during the summer really thoughtful). We did not partake in breakfast but it is grab and go sandwich boxes. Close to train station. Rooms are clean and spacious. I was expecting a tiny room but was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, extra plus that they can understand English. Thank you for the pleasant stay our last few days in Japan!
