Beautiful place. Comfortable and spacious room. Very kind and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again. Its very conveniently located with bars and restaurants and convenience stores all within a block of the front door.

The staff such as Rea very helpful especially with my limited Japanese vocabulary. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The Japanese style breakfast was a highlight of my stay and would recommend.

Friendly staff who all spoke great English. Amenities were limited and you had to collect what you needed yourself. Breakfast was very limited, I would suggest just eating out nearby it will be cheaper and have far more options.

Comfortable short stay. Hotel is in walking distance to Kanda station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have English speaking staff. Room was clean and tidy. The shared lobby and eating space was good. Had everything you need e.g. hot water, coffee machine, toaster etc. Plenty of tables and seating. They offered free takoyaki on one of the nights. Thanks!

Staffs were amazing, friendly and very welcoming/helpful. Great location, 8 min walk to Kanda station and about 15 min walk to Toyko or Akihabara. Guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary wine and takoyaki daily during certain hours. Rooms are small but clean. For laundry there are 2 washers (for wash + dry). Lots of eating options nearby. Will definitely come back next time.

The staff here was amazing and super helpful. I stayed here at the beginning of my 24 day trip and had booked another hotel for when I returned from Osaka and Kyoto. I cancelled the other hotel and stayed again prior to my leaving Japan. The rooms are small but the staff makes up for that. They all go above and beyond to ensure comfort and a great time.

Close to Kanda station on foot. Quiet part of Kanda (area around the station is full of bars, diners and even British pub). Staff told me to wait when checking in despite the self-checking machine next to the reception desk - otherwise, check-in itself was efficient. Free soft drinks (plus takoyaki and alcohol for guests during specific times). Room was clean and quiet, though I thought someone could take a look at one of the metal railings being very close to the bed and quite sharp on the edge (maybe some guard pad would be useful). Breakfast was ochazuke. prepared individually by staff. Only one stop from Tokyo station - you could also walk there from Tokyo station (around 20 mins or so). Good quiet stay otherwise. Friendly staffs no problem with English. Recommended.

There is a small open cafe area to relax, eat takeouts, repack your luggage. Quite suitable for travel on a budget. The room is slightly smaller on average but no complaints at this price range, especially with the service you get. Some drawbacks are the furniture in the room. They are integrated into the walls / under the bed, so it is difficult to use since can’t be move around. Overall recommended.

My daughter and I loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and asked how our day was. The quaintness of staying at this local hotel is certainly not something you get from a corporate hotel. I enjoyed the happy hour provided to all guests daily. It was the first time I tasted sake. I also enjoyed the plum wine and snacks. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

I enjoyed it a lot. Staff always greeted us when coming back and leaving out for the day. Takoyaki night every night from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, and it's free. Rooms may be small but that's a normal size for Japan. No complaints at all.

Tara was wonderful! We were trying to explain to the taxi driver that we wanted to go to the cruise terminal but he couldn’t understand us. She spent a lot of time explaining to him and that was a great help! Thanks so much! The breakfast was terrible-it was served to us and was only Japanese food. For those of us who don’t eat that type of breakfast, there was only some breads and peanut butter and jam, and yogurt and a little bit of fruit. Coffee was available but not great. The room was very tiny, beds were good but pillows were very firm. Good location near train station.

A great stay. Our twin room is little smaller than what would be expected in Canada, but is was still comfortable for 2. The beds were good, it was quiet in the room - couldn’t hear outside or other people, good amenities (incl. AC), FANTASTIC staff, and no more than 5 minutes from Kanda JR train station. Quiet neighbourhood, and has great restaurant options nearby as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tokyo.
