Our second time staying here and it is just as lovely as the last time. The staff was amazing and let us check in early while we were dropping off our suitcases to go shopping. We love the central location right next to the train station. It is close but far away enough from the hustle. We love having laundry in the unit, helps a lot! We will definitely be back.

Had a pleasant stay here. The location is pretty much unbeatable. Don’t think you could get any closer to the train station. The layout and design of the rooms is where this hotel really shines. It is very thoughtfully designed so there is a LOT of storage and places to put your suitcases. My husband and I were both able to fully unpack all our clothes for our 9 day stay and put away our three suitcases so they weren’t in the way. The laundry machine in the room is super helpful and having a large fridge and freezer was also very nice especially for all the 7-11 trips. Two complaints: 1. It can be quite noisy from construction nearby and from noises from other rooms. There was a lot of general creaking noises that was disruptive. 2. The bed is not the most comfortable and the sheets were quite scratchy and rough. By the end of our stay, my skin was quite irritated.

The staff were amazing! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. The location is perfect. It’s so close the Shibuya Crossing and all the shops but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It’s excellent for families. It is a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station. The rooms are clean.

Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay.

This is by far the best hotel in shibuya if you are a first time Japan traveler or a frequent visitor. The staff is very welcoming , they speak many languages , and can help navigate anything needed.

Fantastic hotel, very modern and has all the amenities you need. The staff are incredibly helpful. Great location, only a 10 min walk to the Shibuya Crossing. Good luck navigating the maze that is Shibuya station! Will 100% stay at Hyatt House again and highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. The hotel’s location in Shibuya was also very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly stay, and I would happily recommend it to other families visiting Tokyo.
