施設への入り方の説明が足りない。何階なのかわかりにくい。 清掃はしっかり行われているが、とにかく風呂が古いせいで清潔に見えないし、においも悪い。また、天井から水滴が落ちてくる。 お風呂・トイレ・洗面所はもう少しリノベーションが必要と感じる。 あの状況であの価格は全くわりに合わない。

単身出張で利用したが、周辺に飲食店がたくさんあるので食事には困らない。また山手線の五反田駅からも徒歩圏内で便利である。ただし、夜11時くらいまでは周辺の飲み屋から騒々しい声が聞こえ続ける。部屋の設備は綺麗に整えられているが、バス・トイレがかなり古い設備で臭う。部屋全体に古い物件特有の湿気た臭いが充満しており、この臭いが苦手な私は心地よい滞在にはならなかった。また、ベッドも綺麗なシーツが張られているが、ベッドマット自体にダニがいそうである。就寝中、身体がチクチク刺激やかゆみを感じた。風呂の給湯設備も旧式で使用方法が独特だが、手順書と動画をしっかりと確認すれば問題なく使えると思われる。周辺のホテルに滞在するよりは低価格なため、可能な限りコストを抑えて山手線沿線に滞在したいなら一考の余地あり。快適さを重視するなら他を探すことをおすすめする。

하우스호텔 고탄다는 지하철에서 가깝고, 주변 맛집들이 많아서 자유여행 하시기에 너무 좋습니다. 저희가족은 와이프와 어머니, 두 조카들 모두 5명이 묶었는데, 방2개 침대 5개가 너무 편안한 잠과 휴식을 할 수 있었습니다. 침대시트도 너무 청결했고 편의점에서 먹을것 사와 숙소에서 먹기도 좋았습니다. 도쿄여행 하기에 너무 좋았습니다.

お風呂がカビ臭かったそこがちょっといまいちでした。カビキラーで清掃した方が良さそうです。お風呂の使い方がわからなくて問い合わせの電話させていただきました。対応はとてもよかったです。 通りに面しているので、うるさくて眠れませんでした。建物は古いけど、内装は綺麗になってます。トイレにスリッパがないので素足で入るのに抵抗を感じました。
