I really like the cleanliness of the room, the fact facility. The staff was very nice. An additional bonus was able to soak her feet in their garden on the 14th floor, which is a free perk.

my wife and i stayed here for 7-nights. the room was very clean and quiet. the room was smaller than i thought it would’ve been. it was a little cramped. reception is on the 14 floor and you need to access it before you can go down to your level. not a problem, just a little inconvenient. staff were helpful. location was great with multiple train stations around.

Room was small and a little tight for 2 people but it was clean. Tokyo station was about a 12-15 min walk, straight down one street so it was easy to locate. Basic toiletries, slippers, coffee and tea were provided but no other special amenities (compared to other hotels). They offer luggage storage so that was helpful after check out.

Quiet hotel not far from transit and small, hidden gem restaurants. The property has a very zen like feel with a rooftop garden and guest lounge that serves tea and coffee. The rooftop garden also features a no charge foot bath. Rooms are small but comfortable and the AC was fantastic, especially with summer heat in Tokyo.

Location was great, cost reasonable, and access to metro very good. Rooms are small but that is typical for Tokyo. Lots of elevator travel as whenever you enter the hotel you need to go to the 14th floor and then back down with a separate elevator to your room. Elevators did not take long to get there. Breakfast, while somewhat expensive, is very good and you get a good amount of food. Rooms are super quiet.

Great staff, smooth check in and check out. The 14th floor desk wasn’t a problem for me and my wife. The room had a few dents in the wall here and there but everything in the room was satisfactory in general for our homebase in Tokyo. The laundry units could’ve been better at drying, but that is a nitpick. Great stay, would come again!
