Absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Location is definitely the highlight as it’s right beside the train station. Minato is also very close to all major areas. Would highly recommend!

I had such a great experience! The rooms was a good size, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the location was very convenient. It’s pretty much connected to the Roppongi Itchome station, konbini was just down the street, and shopping one block away!! It was definitely a more quiet area, intended for business/offices but the nightlife was only a 10 minute walk away! Loved it

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. So convenient to get around, train station is right outside along with many restaurants and coffee shops in the are. My first time in Japan and if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay here. Hotel was super clean, they changed your towels everyday, we left feeling so happy with finding this hotel.

Everything was perfect, check in was easy our room was spotless. The only issue may not be with the hotel but the area outside of the lobby. After a rainy day the sewage smell filled up the lobby. Wasn’t a great smell to walk into.

I like the location. Right beside a train station and Roppongi is very nice. Tons of upscale shopping and restaurant. Definitely quieter part of Tokyo but I loved the suburb feel of it since you spend most of your days in busy parts of Tokyo.
