Excellent location with regards to Tokyo Big Sight venue. Many restaurants close by and shopping. Only regret was no english tv channels. I will certainly stay there again in the future. Excellent room pricing for a high end hotel.

The staff are so courteous and helpful. The cleanliness, aroma, and ambiance was very pleasant and relaxing. I really liked the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel itself is fine for the price point. This is a great location if one is looking for more quiet / relaxing side of Tokyo. There are malls / entertainment within walking distance. The only thing lacking is no convenient store near by.

This location was very far removed. If you are here for work, it's a great option if you are going to be at the Expo center. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend. Also you can stay in Ginza and only be 30 mins out but lots more options for food and shopping. The fish market was nice there. The staff was ok. Our luggage arrived and they didn't tell us not bring it to our room. Don't message them in the app they don't reply there, email them. I left something behind and they were kind enough to mail. It to my next hotel. Kind staff.
