Room was small as expected but usable - only there to sleep anyway. Water pressure was great in the shower. Restaurant was great and I’d recommend grabbing the breakfast plan as it’s delicious and a great way to start a busy day.

Room was clean and a decent size for two people. Not a lot of privacy with the toilet and shower. AC was great and we could control it. Convenient location with trains and 7/11 right outside the door. Staff was helpful and we sent out bags to kyoto using the hotel. We had two large luggage and it cost us around $60NZD. Would stay here again!

Definitely recommend this hotel. Great location - quiet and yet close to a train station and in a lively area with lots of restaurants. The room was well designed with everything we needed. Loved the pajamas! So glad we stayed here.

Staying here is excellent for proximity to subway, food and shops. Rooms were tight but very clean and well tended. Breakfast was great too, and we appreciated the staff watching our bags pre and post stay as we had early and late flights. Staff were very friendly, check in and our was seamless. Would 100% stay here again.

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although slightly smaller than other places I have stayed. With that in mind, the size of the room was still comfortable, clean, and met all of my needs. There are a lot of excellent shops and restaurants nearby. It is very close to the train station and was very convenient and walkable. Thank you so much to the excellent staff for all of your hard work.

Family of 3. Stayed at the 10th floor. Amazing spacious room, clean, with skylight. Practical separate washlet room, wash sink and huge shower room. Free coffee and ice, 24/7 at reception area. Polite, helpful staff. Fantastic location in Akasaka and close to tube stations to take you everywhere. We did not enjoy the breakfast- was 6 set choices that we didn't like. Would have been better if it was buffet style. Elevator needed more attention to be cleaner.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up extending our stay in Japan longer. We needed a new hotel and this property happened to popped up on my Expedia feed. The price was accommodating, and for a family of four (with 7 luggage’s) it was spacious enough and the beds were comfy. 6 minutes walk to the train station, quick access to restaurants downstairs. Overall satisfied with our stay!
