The hotel is very well located, the rooms are normal, dont expect any decoration, but they are ok. One thing I have to highlight is the staff, extremely friendly, attentive, always there to supoort and take care of any need, all of them amazing, but there is alwais a person that goes beyond Kaneko-san, she is always checking that everything is perfect in the lounge, during breakfast, happy hour, etc. really incredible how she takes care of the guests directly and indirectly doing always an excellent job, than you and thanks to all the staff. This was my third time in the property, long wonderful stays. I will be back next year… sure thing!

The hotel is conveniently located near a Lawson and subways. The staff is very attentive and rooms are clean. The mini happy hours throughout the day were a welcoming delight and the food for breakfast was not only delicious but allowed for a fantastic local experience. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

Stuff from the hotel may bother you. I was not extremely comfortable with the way the stuff, probably non-Japanese employees, speak or interact during my stay. I liked the location and how the other Japanese stuff deal with customers there. The hotel should use better judgement who really should be at the front as they face customers most frequently.

This is a great location. You couldn't get closer to a train. There is access to a 24 hr Lawson's from the first floor, a God send. The room was comfortable, and well kept. I'd definitely stay here again.
