The room is clean and has a fridge, hair drier, and tissues. There are extra amenities available in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I lost my luggage tag they gave me while they held my suitcase for me and the lovely front of house staff remembered me and the number. I felt very bad for losing the tag. The location is not next to any particular metro station but it's situated between three: Ninggyocho, Kodemmacho, and Bakurayokoyama/Bakuro JR. Ninggyocho has direct trains to Haneda and Narita. It's in a business district so there are plenty of food options at various prices and lots of convenience stores as well as My Basket stores dotted all around. Akihabara is one stop away from Kodemmacho station on the Hibiya line. The hotel has a big blue sign that is lit up, so if you get a room below the 7th floor, such as 611, your subdue will be flooded by the light from the sign. Not sure if the curtains keep the light out because I was on the 7th floor. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with very low prices with great links to get around the city.

The rooms were good, my room was perfect but one of my friends got a room with suspicious stains on the wall and my other friend did not get a window. At all. It was a black plastic panel instead of a window. They clean every day, which I really appreciated. They clean thoroughly too. The staff is great and the location is close enough to a lot of main train stations. I do not regret my choice to stay at the Horidome at all. I stayed for 10 days and would have no issue staying longer.

It’s an older hotel so don’t expect modern amenities, but the room was fine and clean. It was a good value in central Tokyo. There are only 2 older laundry machines for the whole hotel so you might need to wait and the dryers can be very slow.

The properly was located in a great area. Property is old, the bathroom needs a major renovation. Have to take a big step to get in and the bathtub you have to climb over. An accident waiting to happen if you are an older person. The guest room doors does not close on its own and use metal keys. There was a guest who left their key in the lock all night.

We always stay at horidome villa when on holiday in Tokyo, in fact we’re going back again in a few days after a break in the mountains. We love it for many reasons, aside for being easily accessible, reasonably priced and its great cleanliness, the staff are excellent! They can speak English very well if you need it ( I don’t) and are very helpful with requests. We fully recommend staying there. The free morning coffee is a bonus!
