Excellent hotel, very clean and lots of staff to help. Lounge access as part of room helped avoid the crowds and get a drink and snack in the day. Less queues for breakfast in the lounge but still plenty of options. Outdoor pool nice and relaxing, a few to use but that is part of the service and so relaxing. Hotel really close to Disney line and so if going to the parks excellent, can use the monorail to go into Tokyo as well on connecting trains Overall excellent hotel ideal for Disney

The hotel is very family-friendly with a lovely play area for kids. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are very courteous and accommodating. However using the outside pool was a challenge as there is a cost (who does that?) and you have to pre-book. Also there is no room service or any way getting food after 10pm, so if you get back late from Disney you either need to bring cold food back with you or remain hungry through the night

The hotel, staff, and location were absolutely amazing! I was fortunate to book one of the ocean view rooms and the view was breathtaking— it was definitely one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Additionally, the staff was helpful, courtesy and professional! They always had smiles on their faces and were always willing to help! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I would definitely book a room here if I were to travel there again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
