This was a great apartment hotel. Wonderful location, quiet, friendly staff and loved that we had a kitchenette & washer dryer. We were also there when the earthquake hit at 2am and we felt very safe and staff did a great job at communicating and keeping us informed. I’d definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us!

Room was clean and tidy everyday and staff also came back later in the day if we used the do not disturb sign. Location is great for walking to and from shinjuku but on the down side the area around after 9pm is not great for children other than that it’s a great place to stay

Our family of four loved staying here! Shower room had amazing pressure and hot water and bath tub. The coffee machine and patio on the 11th floor was also wonderful. They also helped keep our luggage on checkout day while we went out for a bit before our flight. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the deluxe bunk room and loved it! The room was spacious enough to open 4 luggages…we loved the in room laundry and kitchen! The location is convenient as it’s only a few min walk to the subway station. Will definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a great hotel in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo, look no further. This place is central to all of the attractions in the area and provides a unique experience in a Japanese style room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. Premises are clean with a great balcony to relax and view the City skyline.
