Amazing location in Ryogoku, walking distance to the train station, out of the way enough that its not crowded and overwhelming but 2 stops away from Akihabara to keep you close enough to a bustling city. Check in process is simple, and the room is great and the amenities are plenty. Free laundry service availible.

This was a great area of town. Convenient walking distance to trains. Ubers also get to your hotel in under three minutes. Loved that we had a little kitchenette so it was great for making breakfast in the morning and we had Lawson and 7 eleven near by. Downsides... beds were too stiff! We stayed 5 nights and woke up with neck and back pain every morning. Not comfortable what so ever . And the washer dryer is a duo so your clothes comes out pretty damp even after drying . However... it is free of charge .

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and ideally located near public transport in a nice neighborhood. The staff are wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our room was well-equipped and felt spacious for Tokyo. Breakfast (sandwich or granola) with coffee is basic but a good enough start for a day of tourism. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay with one small exception being the price for coffee in the lobby was very much more expensive than any other cafe in the area. The breakfast granola was delicious and the portion was perfect. House keeping was thorough and efficient , while not daily, we didn’t need daily cleaning anyway so it didn’t matter to us. You have to be creative with luggage for 4 people in one room, but we made it work well by placing our suitcase in between the two beds on the lower bunk and the upper bunk had enough space for us to put a 3rd suitcase at the foot of the bed. The 4th was placed under the tv on the small table. The staff was super nice and helpful. The area is quiet, which we wanted to decompress after full days of sightseeing. Lots of food options close by as well.

Room: Clean and Clear Room, and well prepared, spacious for four person, although two are sofa bed, big and wide enough for adults. Reported lighting is not working, but did not come back to fix it, that is a tiny issues that we can managed. Air Con is good enough, but one room for 4 but got only 2 Blankets, a bit can improve. Staff: Young, polite and helpful , stay 5 nights , all staff good at english. Breakfast :Super good and valuable , sandwiches or Yogurt , a bit taste selection, but super valuable. and Coffee is good too.

This place was very clean and check-in process was very fast . Only issue was the fact that I tried to negotiate with a the receptionist ( a male) staying till 12 instead of 10 am but they refused and were rigid requesting me to pay extra charge for that . They are very strict about check out . That upset me a lot when I even asked for just 1 hr till 11 am and he still refused . However , I must give credit to Rena , the receptionist who assisted us keeping the luggage stored near the reception the last day . She is wonderful , polite and and very nice .
