The location was precisely what we were looking for, Close enough to everything. The apartment hotel was more than accommodating for a family of five, with extra room to spare. Check-in was easy and the front desk personnel were very friendly. Definitely staying here our next trip!

Very central to Akihabara without being in the chaos itself. 1.5 blocks to nearest train station made it easy to travel. Firm mattress and pillows didn't hurt my neck or back as hotels usually do. Staff always friendly and always had what I needed (iron, ice, on-time cleaning). Imo there was zero road noise as other reviewers mentioned. The only thing to complain are that the dining chairs could use more cushion, basically none left.

The room was great, you get the whole floor apartment. Big enough for a family of 4, one king size bed and a twin bunk/loft bed. Kids fighting for the top. The shower is unique, it a whole separate room that doubles as a dryer for your laundry. There is a stove top which we didn’t use since we were out exploring the food life. There is a small fridge and freezer that was sufficient, just needed to ask reception for ice, since they don’t have ice tray or machine on your floor. On the hot days they left out a hand cranked shaved ice machine which our kids loved. Noise was minimal from outside or upstairs, They offer free umbrella and portable hand fans. Close to one subway line which you can transfer to almost anywhere in Tokyo. Even a McDonalds a few feet away from the subway, Find food was convenient, All different types nearby; ramen, sushi, steakhouse, 7eleven, etc. Would recommend this place if you want a larger place that is away from the bustling of Shibuya or other extremely busy areas, The sidewalks around this hotel are not packed and you are not fighting crowds.
