The room was spotless, the staff accommodated an after hours room make up after we accidentally left the do not disturb sign on, and they noticed we were drinking all of the coffee k cups and left more of the types we liked best. It was a very comfortable stay.

Second time staying here. Super-convenient access to Shibuya station, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet, and has a nice view. The staff went above and beyond assisting with our bags when we arrived early, and arranging a taxi when we departed. Rooms are relatively small but comfortable and well-appointed.

A pleasant stay at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Tokyo. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming (Especially Yuka in the lounge). The lounge was a nice place to relax, the location is excellent, and the room felt comfortable and luxurious with perfect views of the sunset and Mt. Fuji. I’d highly recommend it for a solid Tokyo stay.
