Rooms were large for a city hotel. Furniture a little dated and small stains on the couch but not a reason to avoid this hotel. Staff were very pleasant. Laundry machines available on each floor. Convenient location to metro, restaurants and convenience stores. Great value, that’s why I rated it so high.

This was a simple stay, perfect for solo travelers. They have everything you need. The bathroom is also very nice! It's different than other kinds of hotels and reminds me more of an upscale hostel with shared eating spaces. But I loved my room!

Staff was so friendly and I loved the lobby because it felt cozy and easy to talk to other guests that were around. The whole concept of as shared space for guests to hang out is novel and more fun than expected! The room was a bit cramped for two people, but clean and great for a week-long stay. The hotel is located in a safe area and close to a train station, so it was so convenient to reach all the major neighborhoods (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harujuku, Asakusa, Akhibara, Ginza, etc.).
