2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Impossible to find as there are no street numbers. Entry way was dirty. Wifi wouldn’t work. Washing machines door wouldn’t close. No light fitting in kitchen and only 1 bulb in living room fitting which should have had 3. Fridge dirty. No teatowel till we found a dusty one on an outside line

4/10 Poor

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
wow just wow. The communication was good, but the pictures are atleast 5 years old. After the last guests went, they had not cleaned up so we found their leftovers; toothbrush, 2.5 pair of sandals, used tissues. We didnt expect much because of the cheap price but even then we got underwhelmed. also it reeked of feces & smoke when we came in. also, various bacteria were slowly eating away the bathroom + the bathroom door was not there so everytime we took a shower it was flooded. if they had just cleaned up it would go from 3.25/10-6/10

10/10 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, room comfort, communication
