“The building and rooms were very well kept. Car park was pretty rough”

“Gorgeous property and room. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant but wait service was painfully slow.”

“A grand old hotel, room and bed comfortable. Parking was available. Close to cathedral and castle and several eateries.”

“A little dated, limited restaurant menu, no espresso coffee at breakfast. Very comfortable all the same. ”

“Personal muy amable y comida excelente”

“Really nice hotel, with leisure club, staff very helpful”

“A nice hotel with very friendly staff who were helpful in every way. We were in a ground floor room and could hear e ERY step of the guests above. This was the only negative.”

“On first appearance this looks like an upmarket period property. We were in the garden wing which is not attached to the main building, so you have to go outside to get back in the main building for breakfast etc. Our room was large, but the bed was barely big enough for two people, so even turning over was a problem. The main problem however was the smell. As we opened the door it smelt like we'd entered a swimming pool - the chlorine smell was overpowering. With hindsight I should have gone...

“Excelente hotel a unos minutos de todo! Cuarto grande con un muy buen baño! Lo unico no tan bueno era la alfombra poco percudida pero fuera de ahi todo excelente! Tomamos el ultimo dia desayuno y súper recomendado.”

“It's what you pay for, no more, no less.”
