The staff is great. I have been staying at this hotels for years but it’s sad to see that the rooms are not kept up they need a complete remodel. Cabinets doors broken the AC does not work and there was many insects. This place has seen it’s better days and now is just a reminder of a great hotel in the past. The staff however is great!

The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean. 2 of the 3 lamps did not work and shades were stained and broken. Toilet seat was broken. Dust flew from the drapes when they were opened. The phone did not work. Staffing is at a critical minimum. There was a sewage leak on the property and the smell was awful. The greens on the golf course were good but the fairways were in really bad shape. Cart paths and sidewalks are crumbling. This is a once very nice property that is sadly in it's last days

The size of the room was great. The amenities could be better. There is a fridge, stove and microwave. However the pans are not great, and there is not enough plates or cutlery. The decor is a little outdated. The tv in the living room is not a smart tv. The hot tub by the pool looked like it needed to be clean. The Oxxo was convenient.

I had a 3 day stay and the property was clean in a quiet and safe area. There is a store, a restaurant, and a bar inside premises. Yes, it’s on the older side which gives Spanish Villa vives. The golf course amenities are a separate fee for those that want to play golf. I give it a good review because no one bothered us, we got extra towels upon request, and most importantly, there was hot running water to shower. I would recommend this resort.
