The check in process was easy, fast and efficient. The staff were all so professional and friendly. Their food was very delicious, cooked properly and to temperature. Room was clean and spacious. The pool area was nice and they have a bar with a tv were we watched the soccer game. They also have a spa, wish I had more time to get a massage but i did get a exfoliating treatment the was great and relaxing. The staff was super polite and hopefully. Ooh they have a shuttle and the driver( Juan) took us to a restaurant at el centro called Ceasars. Overall great experience !
