Overall great experience, but I did have issues with two things. One, the carpeting in the hallway. Please pull that off and put tile. Who ever installed the thing did a TERRIBLE job and it smells of moisture. Two, the smell of moisture and the humid feelings in the rooms. I think housekeeping turns off the A/C and when you return to the room it's so stuffy and they take forever to cool down. Other than that, staff was very nice. Rooms very Clean. Property was clean and felt very safe. Daily breakfast was good.

We’ve stayed here many times is located inside a big outdoor shopping center very nice place but the last couple times we’ve had issues with parking front desk does charge you for parking (100 pesos) they validate the ticket you can use it to go in and out this past week apparently we had to ring the buzzer when going out and they let you out once you give them your room number it was hell kept buzzing nobody answered had a huge line behind somehow I was able to get out turn and go to the front desk receptionist told me she had nothing to do with it and I had to take the issue with the shopping center which I did there’s someone that works from a window she claimed I never buzzed them to let me out I have pictures and videos this took a good 40 min to get out the kitchen break room most of the tables were dirty you saw people sleeping many barefooted cleaning lady sitting on the hallway on her phone very bad experience!!!!!!!!

I stayed at One Tijuana Otay for one night. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shopping within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus. The room itself was very basic. It was clean, but don't expect many amenities. There is no closet, safe, or refrigerator, and I found the bed to be less comfortable than expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. I turned it on when I checked in around 5 PM, but when I returned later that evening, it was blowing air but not cooling the room. A technician temporarily fixed it, but less than an hour later it stopped working again. By late evening the room was uncomfortably hot. I called the front desk, but no one answered, so I had to go downstairs. I was told the hotel was full and the technician had already left. They promised to update me if another room became available, but no one ever followed up. I ended up spending the night in a hot room. At checkout I was told that because I booked through Expedia, the hotel couldn't offer any compensation. Parking also costs 100 pesos per night. Great location, but the AC issue and lack of follow-up would make me choose another hotel next time.

We booked the room paid for it and when we got there, they said they were all sold out. They had given my room to somebody else. They got me a room at another one of their sister locations, but they had me wait there for over Thirty Minutes for Cab to pick me up, which never did. So I had to get my own transportation. The whole situation sucked.
