Good overall. Modern and clean. The breakfast is a big bonus. Parking is an issue. It's limited,if u trying to park late you can't get a free spot..Also the staff needs to open the parking gate manually,so u have to park your car by the front door,ask them to park your car,if lucky, drive to the garage,wait for guard will open the gate and finally park on a very tight spot. Also,if they let you park by the front door, don't be surprise if you see your car gets booted. Cost me $80 fee,two Uber rides and 3h of stress.But if you're travelling without a car, it's a good place to stay

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I also appreciated the hotel's location, with many restaurants and cafés within walking distance, making it easy to find dining options throughout the day. The property felt safe and well cared for, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. My only critique is that the couches in the living room area were a bit too small and not as comfortable as they could be for extended lounging. Aside from that minor issue, everything else met my expectations. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable accommodations, a convenient location, friendly service, and a satisfying breakfast.

I stayed here for what was going to be 3 nights but I ended up leaving after one night. The hotel is NOT in good shape. The room distribution (in the apartment style layout) is odd, undecorated, and feels very empty. There are NO windows in the unit that allow you to look outside. Although they list A/C as an amenity, the ONLY A/C unit is in the living room, the bedroom and dining room do not have A/C and get very warm. The A/C in the living room leaks water onto the floor. The boiler is not properly set up, so it can ONLY provide boiling hot water or cold water, nothing in between. When I brought my concerns to the attention of staff, they refused to offer me a refund for the unused nights and didn't seem interested in assisting me. The only great service provided here was Jose in the breakfast area, he was fantastic. Perhaps they should promote Jose to the general manager of the hotel to try to turn things around.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly. They said they had parking based on the time that I arrived from going out I was not able to use it. It was full my only issue is that they only have AC in the living room. They need AC in each room luckily it wasn’t a hot day so we managed.
