“I stayed here on a weeknight for a wedding reception, very easy to find within 2 miles of the M1 motorway and plenty of parking. I originally booked a single room but checked a few days before and a double was cheaper so I managed to ‘upgrade’ and save some money! Check in was easy and the room was well appointed with fast WiFi, tea/coffee/mineral water and a walk-in shower with toiletries. The pub itself was good for food competitively priced, which can be ordered thru the app (along with drinks) The drinks we had an issue with - there were drinks on the app that weren’t available at the bar, the glasses had lipstick marks on them so washing is an issue & we were served a Fentiman’s Dandelion & Burdock drink 6 months out of date so stock rotation is a problem here. “We welcomed the useful car park with my daughter’s pending wedding and ease of access to town. Room was clean but very hot although fan was provided but noisy overnight and didn’t rotate & only one window opened - Despite this and noisy guests in proximity - everything else was good. Breakfast and staff were helpful and especially at breakfast the staff member was pleasant and I noted took time to talk to guests and was very amenable. Thank you for a good stay prior to wedding. 😊”

“When I booked for myself and grandson six ,I wasn't made aware that our "hotel room" was just a block of rooms at the bottom of a road near the entrance. These were unmanned and the key had to be collected from the main reception. This is no easy fete when there's a very steep long hill to walk up to reception. I was told our room was ready,we went down to it,expecting staff to meet us. None were there. So I and my little grandson had to walk back up to reception with a suitcase and rucksacks...

“Buen hotel con entorno agradable. Las habitaciones bien de tamaño. Ruidosas cuando hay ceremonias. A Las habitaciones de la planta baja no les llega el wifi lo que supone un grave inconveniente. Lo mejor el parking gratis y amplio”
