“The rooms were good. Liked the dog bed and treats waiting for the pups. The cleanliness of the room was great, the furniture in the bar was a bit stained but as most of the people were dog lovers or hikers so we didn’t really see the problem as we are all covered in one thing or another!! The hotel website says that the kitchen is open until 9pm Monday to Saturday. We checked in at about 3.30pm on Friday, unpacked, took a stroll with the pups and headed to the bar. “Really had a lovely stay”

“This was such a great stay. Really cute pub with amazing food and such a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we interacted with was keen to know if we were happy and seemed genuinely pleased when we said we were. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of little touches which made it extra special. We hope to come back soon!”

“This is a small and cosy place to stay, it feels as if you are staying at a friend’s house. You are very well looked after and nothing is to much trouble, the breakfast couldn’t be better and we had one evening and one Sunday Lunch there which was great. Tim, the owner, even fitted us in when they were already full. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Parking is right outside so easy and convenient. We would stay again, perfect for us.”
