Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Owner was friendly. Room wasn’t up to standard. Sink in bathroom was loose. Coffee pot in room, but no supplies. Definitely could use some remodeling.

Older property but very functional. Owner/manager is quite funny and delightful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Area is safe with ample parking. Excellent motel for a great price.

Kudos to the housekeeping staff. They were cheerful, efficient and helpful. The suite was clean, garbage removed daily, bedding and bathroom linens pristine. Mattress comfortable; obviously new. Parking was sufficient for guests. Air conditioning available but not necessary. After hours was quiet, no distrubances. Amenities: the microwave needed to be replaced--one temperature, high for one minute at a time. Coffee maker: carafe not original to appliance, marked for a larger quantity of water than reservoir held, resulting in overflow. TV and Wifi operating, although Wifi codes not given at check in time, difficult to find in suite. Beverage mugs usuable in microwave, complimentary coffee, tea, sugars, Kleenex and extra toilet tissue, etc., not provided. In other words, basic accommodation at basic rates.

The listed amenities are present and functional although there is usually only 1 outlet section available in the room and the outlets in the washroom. The room and washroom were clean although they did not look well maintained (the walls had scratches on them and the tub was stained). The beds were comfortable enough although I suggest bringing your own blanket with you because the sheets and duvet cover are very thin. The TV has cable and it works and depending on the room you can connect your Google Cast device to it too.

The host was very friendly , nice and easy to deal with. The property location is easy to find and haze the parking right in front of the door. Checking in was easy-peasy as Sam can handle it oven if he is not on the premises.
