We had an overall easy and convenient stay. The room was clean and the view was lovely. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The room lacked some basic furniture like chairs and small table, which would have made it more comfortable.

It's quite typical property for Australian Alps - small rooms, old and quite tired. Not that we had any unrealistic expectations, the only real problem of this property is that it has central heating you have no control over and on days we were staying it was very warm weather so nights in property were unbearably hot and we hardly could sleep. We couldn't even open window on first night as it was rusty and just stuck. Helpful guy on reception opened it on second day so it was a bit better after that. Also what they call 2 bedroom room is just 2 very small rooms not real 2 bedroom unit . Location is really good and Mexican restaurant is ok too.

Stayed in room 19. Door missing off main bedroom. So not good privacy. Fridge basic. No microwave. Sockets only one side of bed. Shower would not stay on constant temperature at all which is incredibly annoying. Staff friendly. It just felt ordinary and underwhelming.

Had never stayed at Ullr before but have walked past it 100 times and eaten at the restaurant. Decided to take my son and his girlfriend along as a last minute weekend trip and opted to stay here as it fit the budget. The 2 bedroom suite was fabulous - much better than the photos and the bathroom looks like it’s a brand new refurbishment. The beds were absolute luxury. The only drawback is the noise of footsteps on the staircase and above. Didn’t bother me that much.
