“We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. “The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly”

“It was a nice stay only thing I missed was a microwave to heat my food, rest overall was very good...I loved the hot chocolate :)”

“Good location and a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was modern as was room and furnishings. Unfortunately no milks or coffees provided. The mugs were not particularly clean. The shower gel needed to be refilled. Small things but a bit of a pain! Hence the lower score.”
