Chalets en Thorngumbald

“Decent enough hotel for sleeping whilst working away for 2 nights.”

“Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby.”

“Exceptional weekend here for a family wedding. From beginning to end every aspect was perfect. The meals were stunning and the staff could not do enough for us. Highly recommended as a wedding venue.”

“This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.”

“Pleasant place to stay.”

“Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay.”

“Again a good experience will come back soon”

“The staff were not the most helpful. We were attending the wedding of my brother in law and wanted early access to our room to get ready. They said they would 'try'. It was 1.55pm when we were given access - the checkout time was 11.00am and the wedding was due to start at 3.15pm. They should have prioritised our room but I felt they were just being awkward. The room was ok for the price. The breakfast was good, but they still tried to charge us for it even though we'd paid for it the night...

“Fabulous rural location for a peaceful stay. Amazing breakfast Highly recommend ”

“Excellent stay, friendly staff, excellent food.”

“Big room with only one radiator. Room was cold on entry . Put heating on full and room was warm in about 2 hours . 2 single beds pushed into make a double . Spend some money and get a double mattress. Bathroom very adequate and functional. Plenty of parking . Not a bad stay .”
