“Okay for a place to stay but its a help yourself breakfast. No staff around. No staff to check you in. I had to phone to get someone to come out. And no one says 'Hello Old Star B&B'. Just 'Hello, Karen speaking.' How are you supposed to know you've reached the right number? No staff on check out. I just left the keys on the bed. Poor customer service.”

Ali, a kitchen worker was apologetic & accommodating & said he would call house keeping back. We went off for 1 hour but returned earlier than anticipated as my partner wasn’t feeling well. “Everything was fine and they were very helpful when Expedia did not send the pass code for the door or tell us our room number. As this site says there were no Hosts available after 5 for check in. WE HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR OVER NIGHT AND WE GOT A PARKING TICKET TO BOOT! I WAS TOLD THAT THIS HAPPENS ALOT WITH BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA. WOULD LIKE AN EMAIL TO DISCUSS GETTING REFUND AND COST OF THE TICKET.”
