The location was good. Not too busy. The room nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and prompt to meet your needs. Though short staffed at the front check in they were efficient and helpful. The 1 thing that took the stay from a 5 to a 4 was the issue with the elevators in the Empanada tower.

The room was great, nice bed and shower I just never like the fact you can’t use the mini fridge in the room anymore it’s common here but annoying that you can’t keep your water chilled

The stay was enjoyable and staff were very friendly. We did have an issue with the TV and the maintenance tech showed up within 5 minutes and fixed the problem within minutes. Our overall experience was Excellent.
