“Check in/out was fast and easy, receptionists were always friendly. Nice short stroll to Long Jetty for a bbq and walk. Building is fairly new, room was clean and comfortable. Access to Diggers for meals, as the hotel itself doesn't have the facilities. We were placed on level 2, so we were woken up by people heading back to their room from Diggers (10 mins of conversation and laughter). I suggest they place families on other floors. ”

“The staff are absolutely lovely. I accidentally broke a table trying to take a selfie and I was saying there because I am in a very unsafe and scary situation. They were extremely kind to me. Thank you Venus staff. ”
