Place was clean and modern. No issues with the room. However, the view is not what we expected. You see a dam, a bridge and a highway. The pictures make the view look much better than it is. There is no full breakfast available, just a coffee bar with pastries and the like. The restaurant was not open for breakfast. We ate dinner there and that was fine. The waiter was great! The low rating reflects the poor view from balcony.

This place is great! To be fair, the curb appeal isnt much as you pull in. But once you step through the doors all those feelins melt away. The property is beautifully remodeled. Rooms are clean, and the onsite amenities are great. From the pool, to the bar and restaurant to the lobby, would recommend anyone in the area stay here.

I expected a view of the river but looked out on a parking lot. Also expected breakfast to be included due to the web site stating that it was. Room was very basic. Sink drain didn't work but otherwise OK. Room was clean and bed reasonably comfortable. It was a hot day so appreciated the outdoor pool. Overall an OK place to stay at a reasonable price.

Someone has done a lot of work on this place, it shows, they’ve done great things but it did fail short in a couple areas.. if it’s a “boutique” hotel, it should have a breakfast and or better coffee.. but what really gets me is the swimming thing .. which country am I in that dictates when you can and can’t swim ?!? I know the hotel has no control over this but I am going to discuss it just because it needs to be talked about.. bottom line is the place is very nice, the recent improvements are epic.. don’t stop it will be worth the $172 (over $200 with taxes) oh.. the bar was pretty damn good too.. and I think there’s gambling machines too ?!? I didn’t take advantage of them but for those who like that .. there it is

The place was nice, clean, quiet and had a restaurant/bar inside but DON'T eat there. Very expensive and food wasn't that good. So much more to say but don't have the time. The food was more than the room for two of us. Probably never stay there again for that reason. GET RID OF THE RESTAURANT/BAR. I FEEL $162 for two of us plus horrible food wasn't worth it with no mention of compensation!!

Upon arrival the receptionist was nice and she promised that she will move us to a new room facing the river the next morning. Next morning the receptionist was not friendly and grumpy. We did end up getting a new room in afternoon, but her customer service was terrible. This probably would be the last time for us there!

This hotel has a great potential, but lacks at the execution! we were there for 2 nights 3 days, interacted with at least 6 hotel staff members, and not even one smile! Our room was very specious, but not clean. Floor was so bad that our feet and socks turned black. Coffee table had food & coffee marks. Overall, the location is great, the attention to details, not so much!

Overall was a good price and a comfortable stay with clean room. They clearly have remodeled the room, except for the toilet/shower room which was rundown and had a very strange faucet, but functional. The sink area outside the toilet/shower room was updated and nice, as well as the rest of the room, and the bed was good. Only improvement I'd recommend for the room is that it could use blackout curtains as a lot of light came through, plus the parking lot area was a bit noisy. They also beautifully remodeled the lobby. Restaurant on site has nice view and service was very good, but salad and prime rib we had were mediocre.
