“While the exterior looks fine at first glance, our two-night stay was ruined by poor maintenance, poor cleanliness, and front desk errors.
Inside the room, the comforter and sheets had dark brown streaks and stains. The carpet felt dirty and had visible runs. The exterior door wasn’t sealed properly, letting sunlight—and potentially pests—in around the edges. In the bathroom, mold in the shower had simply been painted over and was already bleeding back through, and the rusted bathtub drain...
