Get a tad less than what you pay for......

I will put out the extra money for a better hotel next trip out. There was no carpet on the floor so you couldn't take your socks and shoes off. The heater did work in the room but the floor was ice cold. The furniture was very uncomfortable, just a small table with a wooden chair. The bed was rock hard along with very stiff pillows(shame on me for forgetting my own from home). I had worked all day and did not get any comfort from this room and had to work and then travel the next day.......was totally exhausted......

I only stayed two nights for possible employment

It was pleasant experience but was only able to stay two nights due to emergency situation.

Choose another hotel. I will next time

While the room was spacious and relatively clean, that's about it. The bed was uncomfortable, the towels the size of post stamps. There was no coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer or frig. The heater didn't work well, nor was there a decent blanket on the bed. I had to get up twice and adjust the heat up. There were mold stains on the floor. While it was roomy, the TV and internet worked, the service when I checked in was terrible. The guy just pointed where my room was when I asked. The girl the next morning was much nicer. Overall had I spent just 10 dollars more, I would have been much more comfortable at another hotel a short distance away that had all a dryer, frig, microwave and decent towels. Same spacious room and a more comfortable bed. Just goes to say you get what you paid for.

Great Price for Comfort

We have and will continue to enjoy Knights Inn. We have only had one issue with staff which was resolved immediately. We can keep our fur baby with us at no extra charge. (Which means the world to us.) We are here on business and it is a quiet place. They keep the room clean and fresh linens were set out everyday. Our visit was quite pleasurable. I would recommend Knights Inn to anyone! But... get your room online as it is at least $10 cheaper.

False advertisement.

I like to start my reviews with the good things. The hotel staff was really friendly! Check in was fast and easy. Now for the bad: My room looked nothing like the pictures. There was not enough water pressure to rinse my hair (upstairs). My child and I were bitten up by something in the room and found small tan spiders on the bed and crawling on us. There were no bed bugs (I checked). The pool was really dirty. Finally it was hard to access from the Summerhill exit. If you are going here save some effort and exit at Stateline. Travel the access road going west, the hotel is on a curve and if you are going too fast you will miss the entrance. The staff apologized for the state of things and stated they are going threw a change in ownership at the moment.

The other reviews are misleading

If I had read the other reviews I would not have stayed here and that would have been a mistake. I could not find any evidence of bed bugs or anything else untoward. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and the bathrooms were very clean. I would stay here again. It was an excellent value, and if you need a bed for the night with no frills it it an excellent option. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

Clean friendly hotel at a very good price

Very economical place to stay with clean, well kept rooms, and friendly efficient staff. Its a little tricky to get at, especially if you are approaching from the west as you have to go to the next exit to the east and then come back via the service road. Other than that I would give this place 5 stars. It is one of the best low cost hotels I have stayed at, and would have no problem recommending it to a friend.
