Stay was great. Andrew the front desk agent who just started with the company only for a few days was very helpful great personality and customer service skills were super. Stacey the GM was also super nice and attentive to all guest needs.

The first room they gave me the comforter and pillow cases were filthy. The second room, the sheets were clean, but comforter had stains on it. And someone was blaring music in the hallway at 4 AM. But the staff was very friendly. And helpful.

Although this is a fairy new Hotel. My king size room was quite pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioner was so up to par. Sometimes i had to turn the air-conditioned down. The 43 inch television was clear to watch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe! Thank you boutique for your housepatility. KAJ.

My room was not ready at 3pm. It took almost 2 hours after checkout for a room to be cleaned and ready. Roaches are present. The lobby and hall ways were so hot. The remote didn’t work. You can hear the people above you and on side of you, all night bumping, arguing, etc. I would not recommend this place.
