“When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.”

I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel.
