“Great property and location”

“The apartment is very nice and very well appointed. Actually, I would reserve it again. The problem was that the code for entering did not arrive on time. And I was not able to get it resolved with the phone contact provided until the next day. Had to go to a hotel the first night When booking, make sure you get the code ahead of time. Otherwise very nice stay”

“We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. “Very large and nicely appointed apartment at a good price. There is no on-site check-in desk, and the check-in process is a bit unwieldy--multiple back-and-forth with uploaded docs and emails, entrance codes, etc. It all worked, but be aware that there's a process.”

“My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!”

“I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”

They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. “We stayed in July when temps were 90 degrees. Upon entering the apartment we were hit with hot humid air. We assumed the cleaners had just left because the floors were wet from mopping. It was so humid in the apartment it took 2 hours for the floors to dry. We thought maybe they had just turned on the A/C and it would cool off soon enough. “I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room.
