“The food was good, the room nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one. The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow. I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”

“Comfortable rooms in a peaceful lake location. Grounds are immaculate as are rooms. Good restaurants with some lake views and food is quite good although service can be a bit slow and spotty. Entertainment on Friday at the restaurant was a tad loud and annoying similar to kareoke with someone playing songs and substituting their voice.Previous night was nice piano playerwhich was more appropriate.”

“Always a friendly welcome and pleasure to stay away from home place”

“A real home from home feel. BED so comfortable, BREAKFAST brilliant and all you could ask for! This Bed and Breakfast is wonderful and so are the hosts. Thank you both so much for such a welcoming stay. I'll be back! X”

“Owner is very friendly and there is beautiful garden which we can walk around.”

“The staff were absolutely amazing. They were polite, efficient and a credit to the hotel”

“Amazing place, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We planned to stay for one night at the last minute, but ended up staying for our whole holiday!! The set up is amazing, they have thought of so many nice touches that make such a difference. Facilities in general have been really well thought out with some great extras available. The hosts are amazing, the local area has so much to offer... we'll definitely be going back and have recommended it to family and friends.”

“Our stay at The Tailor's House was great. We had the family room and 4 of us were comfortable. The pub is fun and the staff are very friendly! We would definitely stay here again.”
