I liked how there were 3 different wineries to choose from. The room was very small and the bathroom showers water pressure were very low. I would definitely stay again but will choose a bigger room or the casita.

The property is huge and we had to drive from our room in the Inn to the main buildings. The room had only one (very) hard chair. The TV remote didn't control the volume and we had no luck getting it work. We ate breakfast at the Italian Mercato and it was excellent. We had tapas dinner at the Spanish Bolero and it was also excellent. Wait staff in both locations were very good. There were lots of parts to the property and signage directing to each spot could be a lot better. Lots of stairs to the Mercato, with a poster that said elevator access but we never found the elevator. We won't stay there again but recommend the food.

Front desk staff was ok, but nothing special, nor welcoming. When you’re paying $500-600/night for a room, I expect a little more. First time staying here (stayed two nights), but it’ll be the last. The rooms are not spacious at all, but the patio is nice. What we weren’t expecting were the cockroaches in our room. Maybe that’s what made it hard to sleep, or could’ve been the mattress and terrible pillows. The bathroom is spacious, but sooo dark! Makes it hard to get ready, especially when there’s hair and makeup involved! We had such high expectations for such a beautiful property, but won’t be returning to the hotel. On a positive note, the restaurant at Bolero is fantastic! Amazing service, and absolutely delicious food. You would never expect to find something like that in Temecula! We visit Temecula 2-3x a year, and have been for the last 25 years. Bolero restaurant has become one of our favorites, and the pizza at the Mercato at Vienza.

This hotel offers a fantastic and lively experience. The property has multiple restaurants with a great variety of cuisines, so there is always something delicious to try. The events and functions were wonderful—there was constantly something happening, from music and dancing to great opportunities for wining and dining. The hotel itself is comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with plenty of entertainment and dining options right on site.

We had a great vacation at Europa Village. My only complaint is that the check-in was not at the inn. I went directly to the inn and was told to go back down to where the restaurant and tasting room were to check in. I am nearly 80 years old, so it was a bit of an inconvenience. The rooms and grounds and restaurant were lovely, and I would definitely stay here again.

The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants and wineries and easy access to Temecula towns and activities. I can’t recommend this stay enough. Thank you Europa Village! I would love to be a wine club member, if you ever arrange shipping to Hawaii, I’m in!
