The staff and owner of the hotel are super hospitable. They are all so genuinely sincere. And hotel is in the center of the town. And great homemade breakfast. Joe, the owner, gave great recommendations.

The location was perfect- 5 minute walk to the gondola and restaurants. The staff was helpful and accommodating with our needs and questions. I would stay here again during the cooler months due to the fact that there’s no AC. We stayed at the beginning of July and it was very hot and stuffy in the room.

The building was newly renovated, fresh paint, new windows. Room was clean but very minimal, no charm. There's only a window fan unit, but we were comfortable because the weather was mild. TV doesn't seem to operate correctly. Shower was good, queen bed was comfortable. They had a big fire pit that seats 10, but it was visible to the street, no privacy, no charm. The best part was the breakfast. Sausage was delicious, not greasy. Coffee was good. The cinnamon roles and various muffins were hot, home made tasting. Yum! Overall, simple and good value for the money.

Wonderful location just off the main street of Telluride and close to the Gondala. The hotel is unfussy; simple, clean, friendly. Firepit was a nice bonus. Didn't use the hot tub, though it was tempting after a long day of hiking! Breakfast is simple and needs to be taken to your room.

This little gem made our overnight stay in Telluride perfect! It’s surprisingly affordable, and the location is unbeatable. Joe was super kind and helpful at check in, and we loved the view from our 3rd floor room. While it’s true that there is no ac, that didn’t bother us at all. There are fans, and Telluride is cool at night. The beds are really comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. I will say that Telluride is bustling in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in if you have a street side room. But honestly, who would miss a Telluride sunrise, or sunset, anyway?! They do have a great grab and go breakfast, but get there early for the sausages. I would definitely stay here again!

We just stayed for one overnight, but the hotel was in a very walkable, cozy part of town. Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight. Breakfast in the morning was very basic; coffee, juices, big cinnamon rolls. Do not hesitate to book a room.

The property had an excellent location. The gondola is only about 2 blocks away. The fire pit was nice. I wish I had enjoyed it more often . But, I did use it on my last night & met 2 nice couples. The breakfast is nice to take back to your room. If you get warm, fans are in the drawer under the TV. I failed to ask until I was checking out.
